A: IAH is open to practitioners in groundwater-related fields. IAH membership applications are verified prior to acceptance.
Q. Why am I not receiving IAH correspondence?
A: Please send an email via the Contact Us page and we’re happy to investigate further. Please start by checking whether emails are going to your junk mail folder. Correspondence may also have been sent to an old work email address. You may wish to use a personal email address. You can update your details via the www.iah.org website log on.
Q. I recently purchased membership, however have not received a tax invoice.

Q. I’m a financial member and I’m receiving email correspondence, but I can’t access Hydrogeology journal.
A: The Hydrogeology Journal is accessed via the www.iah.org website
Q. I’ve been receiving hard copies of the Hydrogeology Journal and I’d like to receive them electronically instead.
A: Please email Sharon Warden at swarden@iah.org (IAH Membership Administrator) and this can be amended in the system.
Q. I’d like to be a presenter at an IAH event, whom do I approach?
A: IAH is always seeking high-quality presentations. Please contact the relevant state-based branch via the Contact Us page.
Q. How do I find out more about groundwater education opportunities?
A: The IAH International website (iah.org/education) summarises Australian education opportunities, including university degree courses. The IAH Australia website’s News page also includes education opportunities.
